Jamie O'Hara has kicked off the countdown to his Wolves return by hinting at a lack of trust from Kenny Jackett.

moreWolves correspondent Tim Nash talks about the reception Jamie O'Hara should expect on his return.

O'Hara is due to appear at Molineux for the first time since having his contract cancelled in November, when he lines up for Blackpool tomorrow.

And the one-time £5million midfielder claims he's playing for a manager in Lee Clark whom he claims has given him belief that was lacking.

O'Hara said: "The manager trusts me, which is great. I didn't have that for a period of time so I've realised what it means to have people who believe in you. Not only as a player, but as a person too."

Jackett insisted he needed to cleanse the toxic element of the club to rebuild the relationship between the players and fans.

He said: "You'd have to ask him what he meant, but the link between the manager and the player is a big one.

"I wouldn't say trust – trust is the wrong word. The nature of the two relegation seasons dictated I needed to change things. The reasons were the relationships between the crowd and the players had broken down.

"So it wasn't about trusting those people, it was about me putting out a fresh side that supporters could focus on, and back as new players and a new team.

"I didn't feel after two relegations the same players could go out on to that pitch and there be a positive attitude.

"I felt there was a number of people who'd been here quite a while that needed to change."
