Wolves go to Blackburn tomorrow aiming to stretch their unbeaten run to six games, but they remain just outside the top six.

Kenny Jackett's side have been transformed since Dicko's return since injury, and the six-goal 22-year-old is sure Wolves can gatecrash the play-off places – and stay there.

He said: "We have a good team, young, talented players and the aim will be to challenge, at least, for the play-off spots.

"There's maybe one or two really good teams, but we know we're as good as any team. Anything is possible. The teams behind us aren't too far away but we're looking above us.

"With a couple of wins, we'll catch the other teams and that's what we're looking for. We have the quality to do as well as any team above us.

"We've shown that when we've played against them. If we can get everybody fit, I think the second part of the season is going to be good for the club and the team."

Dicko believes he can achieve his Premier League dream with Wolves, saying: "Of course. Every player wants to play in the Premier League and I think Wolves belong in the Premier League," he said.

"That's the ambition for me, for the players here. I hope we'll do it and I really think we can do it."

Wolves missed Dicko during their five-match losing run in November and are relieved he is fit again, after niggling hamstring problems.

His return has coincided with the team's improvement, scoring in the wins against Watford and Bournemouth.

He said: "I'm feeling good. I've been happy with my return because it's been good for me and good for the team, as well.

"I'm feeling good, although after these two important games I felt quite tired. Coming back from injury and playing two games in two days, it was tough."

And Dicko admitted his frustration at missing six games, which yielded just one point, saying: "It was really frustrating because, as a player, you want to play.

"When I was watching, I knew it wasn't the kind of performances that look like us. The team has done great to get back on the winning track because November was a tough month.

"We haven't been happy with the performances, but we've shown that it was just an accident.

"The manager has done well to give chances to some young players and they've done well to take their chance."

Despite the team's struggle for form and goals without him, Dicko insists he felt no added pressure to score – because it's his job to put the ball in the net.

He said: "I knew there were expectations but when I played against Watford in my first start after injury I didn't feel any pressure really.

"I knew I needed to score - when you're a striker you have to score. I knew what I had to do and I managed to do it.

"When you're a striker you just want to score - if I could score in every game like Cristiano Ronaldo, I'd do it.

"This kind of pressure is what drives you, it's what gives you the desire to score and when you do score, it's the best feeling.

"You just want to enjoy your football. That's what I've managed to do with the help of my team-mates."
