Wolves winger James Henry hopes victory at former club Millwall tomorrow will spark a new ruthless streak in boss Kenny Jackett's men.Henry spent more than four years at The Den before moving to Molineux, initially on loan, in October last year.

And he is determined to snap a three game winless run for the team on his return to his old stomping ground.

He said: "I had some fantastic years at Millwall. The club were fantastic to me during my stay and I really enjoyed my time there.

"It will be nice to go back and see a few familiar faces – although hopefully we'll come back with three points!

"It is a tough place to play for away teams so we have got to prepare properly and get everything right.

"We just need to grind out a win however we can. The last few games have been disappointing in terms of results but if we play as we can then we have a chance of picking up three points."

After a blistering start to the campaign, which saw Wolves win five of their first six league games, their momentum has stalled slightly in September and October.

Wolves have won just one of their last six in The Championship, albeit four of those matches have ended in draws.

And Henry is hopeful that the team's return to action after the most recent international break will see an upturn in results.

He said: "The previous international break maybe stopped our momentum a little bit but this time around we hadn’t been picking up quite as good results.

"This break gave everyone the chance to maybe have a day or two off and refresh physically.

"There were also a few niggles to sort out and now we’re all looking good and are desperate for the games to start again.

"I think we’d still been playing well despite the results and, barring perhaps the 0-0 draw against Blackpool, we could have won every game.

"We just have to turn those performances into better results because I think we feel we are there or thereabouts.

"This league is very demanding and there are going to be games where you don’t quite get the result you want but you know you’ve just got to stick in there and keep going.

"It is too early to keep looking at the table – we are in eighth but that’s only two points off the top.

"It is going to be very tight and as long as we can keep ourselves in touch with the top pack we will be going in the right direction."
