Point proven on the road - watch Wolves Under-21 boss Scott Sellars react to last night's 1-1 draw in this video above.

Scott Sellars' side surrendered an early lead through Ibrahim Keita's strike by conceding Jesse Starkey's great free kick after the break.

Midfielder Albert Torras had already seen a shot deflected for a corner, before Keita hammered home to break the deadlock on just nine minutes.

Ryan Rainey was found himself in space on the right wing and crossed low into the Brighton area to Keita, who was waiting to hammer the ball high into the roof of the host's net.

It could have been 2-0 when Conor Hunte bombed forward on a great run from the left side of midfield, pulling the back ball at the byline to Jim Kellerman, who was crowded out.

James Muitt tried his luck from 20 yards but goalkeeper Jonathan Flatt watched the ball safely sail over the crossbar, but Hunte was still threatening for Wolves at the other end.

Another pacey run from midfield resulted in a left-footed strike from outside the Brighton area, but his strike was just too high over Christian Walton's goal.

Walton denied Kellerman as the first-half came to a close, as he headed goal-wards with the home defence dithering inside their own box.

Keita could have bagged a brace early in the second-half, but took one touch too many on a low Rainey cross from the right wing, with his back to goal.

He turned sharply on the ball and looked to find the net, but saw his close range effort blocked by the Brighton defence.

Wolves were made to pay by a moment of magic from Starkey, who stepped up to curl a wonderful strike into the top corner, leaving Flatt with no chance.

Eusebio Bancessi trapped to up the pace again for the visitors and his mazy run from the left wing was almost spectacularly finished off with a curling effort after switching feet, but he couldn't get his shot on target.

Kellerman had to be stretchered from the field and taken to hospital, after fracturing his shoulder.

From the resulting free-kick, Hunte was a whisker away from restoring Wolves' lead with Walton beaten, but his effort fell wide of the post.

More link up play between Rainey and Keita saw the former find the latter from the right wing to nod the ball across goal, but a relived Walton saw it go just wide.

Flatt had to save Wolves towards the end when Brighton substitute Jason Davis suddenly broke free and hared down on goal, the shot-stopper quick off his line to charge down the strike.
