Wolves boss Kenny Jackett today tipped Jack Price to make an impact at Molineux as he dismissed fears over his wide options.
The head coach has used several makeshift players on the right side this season along with natural widemen Zeli Ismail and Anthony Forde. And he insisted he has enough players capable of filling the role – including 20-year-old Shrewsbury-born midfielder Price.
“We’ve got Zeli and Anthony,” said Jackett, pictured. “Forde wasn’t on the bench last week but, if you’re looking at the players within the club, then Ismail, Forde and Sako are the three natural wide players.
“But there are possibilities of playing a third midfield player or getting an attacking midfield player behind a front two.
“The under-21s have been keen on getting Jack into the side and at times he’s played in that position.”
