Kenny Jackett up for manager of the month award

Kenny Jackett has been rewarded for Wolves' strong start to the season by being nominated for August's League One manager of the month award.

moreJackett, who has led Wolves to an unbeaten start to the league campaign, is one of four nominees for the monthly prize.

Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson and Coventry chief Steven Pressley are also nominated.

So, too, is Leyton Orient's Russell Slade, whose side currently top the table, one place ahead of Wolves.

Wolves drew one and won the next four of their league games last month.
