Stephen Ward and Stephen Hunt still won”t take Estonia lightly

Wolves duo Stephen Ward and Stephen Hunt both insist the Republic of Ireland will not take Estonia lightly despite their massive advantage.

Dublin is preparing for one big party with Giovanni Trapattoni’s men 4-0 up from the first leg before the completion of the Euro 2012 play-off at the Aviva Stadium tonight.

Such is their overwhelming advantage, Irish fans could be forgiven for thinking the result is a foregone conclusion.

But the Wolves men are determined not to take the opposition lightly and instead want to finish the tie on a high.

Ward said: “To come away with a 4-0 win going into the second leg was just amazing – mind blowing. It was never going to be easy, but we did exactly what we went there to do, and we’ll have to do the same job tonight.”

Hunt added: “Any team that’s qualified from Ireland has always seemed to have a good team spirit. We’re pretty strong together.”
