Wolves close part of Billy Wright stand
Wednesday 27th July 2011, 8:28AM BST.
Wolves are to close the middle section of the Billy Wright Stand for the friendly against Real Zaragoza.
Work taking place to move the TV gantry at the top of the stand means views will be restricted because of scaffolding in place.
Combined with health and safety issues, it means there will be no available seats in the middle of the stand for the August 6 friendly.
Seats will be available in the rest of the stand. Wolves are upgrading the TV facilities at Molineux to cope with the increased media demand.
The gantry is being moved back to improve visibility for the cameras located there on matchdays.
The ticket office is relocating supporters who have already bought tickets in the restricted area.
The work should be completed in time for Wolves’ first home game of the season against Fulham.
