Wolves could loan out Danny Batth
Tuesday 28th June 2011, 3:30PM BST.
Sheffield Wednesday remain hopeful of signing Wolves rookie defender Danny Batth.
Owls chairman Milan Mandaric and chief executive Paul Aldridge are in talks with Wolves over signing the 20-year-old, who had an impressive loan spell at Hillsborough last season.
But it looks unlikely he will be drafted in before pre-season training tomorrow and the deal is expected to be a loan switch.
“We’re in touch but everything is moving slowly,” said Mandaric. “It’s frustrating but sometimes these things take time.”
