My best at Wolves is yet to come says Jamie O’Hara
Saturday 25th June 2011, 11:29AM BST.
Jamie O’Hara today promised Wolves fans there is another 20 per cent more to come from him next season.
The 24-year-old became Wolves’ first summer signing and most expensive midfielder when he was unveiled for £5m this week.
O’Hara was a big hit after arriving on loan in January, scoring three goals in 14 games including the club’s Goal of the Season for his spectacular strike against Albion.
But the ex-Portsmouth loan player hadn’t played in six months before he came to Molineux because of a back injury. And the former Tottenham schemer believes there is plenty more to come from him with a full pre-season under his belt.
“When I joined the club, I was only 80 per cent fit,” said O’Hara. “I was coming back from a long-term injury and the manager put a lot of faith in me by putting me into the side.”

Goals from a midfielder this is what we have been sadly lacking.
Not to say a contribution from the forwards wouldn’t go amiss.
Get stuck in Jamie you will find the fans here right behind you.

“im going to be involved in eveything the club does”
New captain for next season then?

If he was only 80% fit when he joined, then there must be another 25% to come from him when he’s 100% fit then, not 20% as reported.

superb signing, didnt do badly considering he was only 80% did he. 5m for a 24 yearold goalscoring midfield player should prove to be a real bargain. he will be a massive player for us next season, with Hunt and Fletch fit and ready to go from the start hopefully be safe a good few games before the last match.

Thanks for the £5m. You’ve been absolutely robbed. The guy just isn’t good enough for the premier league. But you’ll find that out the hard way. Yeah he had a couple of good games for you but he has far more off days than on days. He’ll be ok in the championship for season 2012/13. Sorry, but I’m just being honest.

I’d give him the armband NOW!

I’ve got a feeling we will see an even better o’hara this season. I reckon he’ll be a strong candidate for player of the year. Another goal against the Albion might do it, he’s already a big favourite, one of my favourite signings of the macarthy era, and hasn’t even kicked a ball as a full wolves player.

craddock as captain next season as he is the longest serving and has an older footballing brain (:

I think he’ll have the best season of his career this season, a real leader and a great character to have in our club. look how much he settled in in his loan period, give him a pre-season and a full one this year and he will prove why 5million is a bargain u t w
