Matt Jarvis today emerged as Wolves' latest casualty for Sunday's derby showdown against Birmingham - as Steven Mouyokolo was ruled out.

Flying winger Jarvis – an ever-present in the Premier League - is doubtful for the Blues game with a sore knee, while Mouyokolo has an ongoing back problem.

Boss Mick McCarthy said: "Matt Jarvis got kicked on the knee at Blackburn.

"So he's got a problem with that and he's a doubt.

"It would be a massive blow if he was out, but there's not a lot I can do about it."

McCarthy is already without seven players – Jody Craddock, Karl Henry, Adlene Guedioura, Michael Kightly and ineligible pair Marcus Bent and David Davis.

And the Wolves boss said he will not be able to name a team until tomorrow.

"Dave Jones and Michael Mancienne are both doubts, Mouyokolo is not available with his back injury," added the boss.

"Dave Edwards is coming back and he's fit to be in the squad.

"Steven Fletcher has been poorly for two weeks with a virus and has only done a bit of a jog.

"Kevin Doyle is less of a doubt – he's got a dead leg, but I think he'll be alright.

"He took care of it yesterday and he's had treatment on it today.

"I'm going to wait to see what comes of tomorrow – but I don't think there will be many returns, I have to be honest."
