Now that Bournemouth and Manchester United have played their rearranged fixture, Albion's final position has been cemented.

All Premier League clubs each pick up £55.5m this season out of a pot of TV money equally shared between them.

On top of that Albion will receive £8.7m of merit-based prize money for finishing 14th and £8.75m for featuring in 10 live games on TV.

This puts them 14th in the prize money table for the 2015/16 season.

Even though Leicester won the league, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Manchester City will all receive more money than the Foxes because they were shown more times on live TV.

Arsenal were top earners, picking up £100.8m in prize money, while Villa were bottom of the pile, and will receive £66.2m.

Next season, the Premier League's new bumper £5.14bn TV deal will come into place, meaning this season's average of £80m per club will leap up to £120m.

Whoever is crowned champions next year will take home around £150m while the team who finishes bottom will receive around £100m.

Albion picked up almost the exact same amount of prize money this year as they did from the 2014/15 season, when they received £72.8m.
