Serge Gnabry set to sign for Albion today

West Brom are poised to complete the signing of Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry on loan until January.more

The Baggies look set to make the 20-year-old German their fourth signing of the summer.

Boss Tony Pulis has been keen to add more width to his squad and believes Gnabry, a Germany Under-21 international, fits the bill.

But the signing is not expected to end Albion's pursuit of QPR wideman Matt Phillips, who has been a leading target throughout the summer.

Albion still hope Rangers will relent on their £10m valuation of the former Scotland man.

Pulis was also linked today with a move for Roma forward Seydou Doumbia.

The Baggies are believed to have enquired about the striker but other targets are above him on the club's wanted list.
