West Brom's £5m Phillips bid rejected
West Brom have had a £5m bid for top transfer target Matt Phillips rejected by QPR.

But more talks are planned next week with Albion still optimistic of landing the 24-year-old.
Rangers value the winger at around £10m but it is believed a compromise can be reached over the fee.
The Baggies are also interested in QPR striker Charlie Austin but those talks are much less advanced with a host of other clubs also keen.
Albion boss Tony Pulis, who is currently in Austria with his players on a gruelling training camp, hopes to add fresh faces to his squad before they depart for their second pre-season trip in America next Sunday.
Wigan winger James McClean is Albion's only summer signing so far.
