West Brom boss Tony Pulis has called for a TV replay system to help referees with managers allowed to send key decisions to a video official.

Pulis reckons managers should received two challenges per game in a bid to get controversial calls overturned using video evidence.

His comments come in the wake of Tuesday's defeat at Villa, when home defender Alan Hutton appeared to thrust a boot into the midriff of Baggies forward Saido Berahino.

Pulis said: "We've got to be careful on what we do and how many times we use it, because we don't want to be breaking the game up all the time.

"It's the greatest game on the planet, and it is because it ebbs and flows. But I would have two calls during the game for managers to challenge decisions.

"You can do some advertising on big screens now and bring everything into it. The clubs would make some money from doing it.

"And it gives the opportunity and chance then for the officials to get the big decisions that affect games right.

"FIFA have to accept, and UEFA have to accept, that referees do make mistakes and they have to be big enough to say that. This would give us an opportunity to rectify those mistakes."
