Brown Ideye: I will be fit for West Brom clash

Club-record signing Brown Ideye claims he will be fit to figure for West Brom against Burnley after netting his first goal against Hull City last night.

The £10million man opened his Baggies account against the Tigers in a thrilling 3-2 Capital One Cup success, but was injured in the process and limped off just six minutes later with an ankle problem.

But he tweeted today: "Thanks everyone for the love, my injury is not that serious, hopefully I will be fine before the next game, thanks once again."

Albion face Burnley at the Hawthorns on Sunday looking to follow up last weekend's 1-0 win at Tottenham, which was their first under new boss Alan Irvine.
