Albion full-back Billy Jones could miss the Baggies’ next three Premier League games.
Jones has been diagnosed with a hamstring tear, meaning a recovery period of up to a month from the time of the injury – the 1-1 draw with Fulham on February 22.
That timescale would take in the meetings with Manchester United, Swansea and Hull. It is likely to mean a recall for Steven Reid or a positional shift for Morgan Amalfitano. Albion are hopeful that Stephane Sessegnon and Claudio Yacob will figure against United on Saturday (12.45pm).
with both men expected to train fully this week.
Sessegnon is yet to figure under new boss Pepe Mel after groin surgery while Yacob missed the Fulham game with a hamstring injury.
