Marek Cech set to leave Albion
Wednesday 31st August 2011, 10:30AM BST.
Albion today focused on the deadline-day loan market as Marek Cech prepared for a possible departure for Turkey.
Trabzonspor are keen to sign the Slovakia international in a move that would increase the chances of Albion raiding the loan market for their own new defensive recruit.
Birmingham’s Liam Ridgewell, who last night had a transfer request rejected, and Manchester City’s Nedum Onuoha remain on the Baggies’ radar.

Hawthorns head coach Roy Hodgson would like to boost his defensive options but knows he must offload players from his existing squad to free up funds in his wage budget and space in his 25-man Premier League squad.
