James Hurst loaned out to Blackpool

Albion teenager James Hurst has joined Championship side Blackpool on a season-long youth loan.
The 19-year-old can be recalled by the Baggies after the first 28 days of his loan.
Hurst started his youth training at Albion, before leaving for a stint in the Portsmouth academy, and re-joining the Baggies as a professional 18 months ago.
The England youth international made one Premier League start last season and also figured in the FA Cup.
