Time to map out a plan for Villa's future

Vaughan and Gera near to decision

Albion expect to find out in the next 24 hours if they have been successful in their bid to sign midfield duo David Vaughan and Zoltan Gera.
The Baggies have offered terms to Vaughan and former Hawthorns favourite Gera, who are available on free transfers after the end of their contracts at Blackpool and Fulham respectively.
Vaughan is also considering an offer from Sunderland.
Back at the Hawthorns, defender Gonzalo Jara will miss the start of pre-season when the Albion players report back on Monday.
But Jara has been included in Chile’s squad for the Copa America.
