Albion refute Mulumbu sale claims

Albion have today had to distance themselves from claims they have agreed to sell Player of the Year Youssouf Mulumbu to Italian outfit Fiorentina.
Reports in Italy suggested a £5.5million fee had been agreed to take Mulumbu overseas, but the Baggies insist there has been no contact between the two clubs.
It could take more than the figure suggested to tempt Albion into selling one of their star assets, which would be a surprise move after the 24-year-old’s stand-out season.
