Consistency 'key to title', says Walsall boss Sean O'Driscoll

Walsall boss Sean O'Driscoll is adamant his side can handle the pressure that comes with being in a title race.

The Saddlers face their biggest game of the season so far today as they travel to take on League One pace-setters Burton.

And with the business end of the season fast approaching, O'Driscoll insists his players have the mental strength required to stay in the promotion picture.

"Every game now is massive for us," O'Driscoll said.

"For Walsall fans, this has been a great season and we want to continue it.

"We know when we win everyone dreams of promotion and when we lose everyone gets worried.

"But the players have been really sensible in their reactions to losing games.

"That is one of the reasons why performances have been so consistent.

"We need to stay consistent so we can end with it being a great season."
