Craig Westcarr issues warning to Walsall FC

Craig Westcarr today warned Walsall the stakes are now raised as teams fight it out at both the top and bottom of League One.

The Saddlers, just outside the top six, are preparing for Saturday's trip to struggling Notts County and looking to extend a four-game unbeaten run.

But Westcarr, the club's top scorer this term with 11 goals, is not expecting an easy ride against his former club.

"Every game is going to be tough now," he said. "People are fighting to stay out of the bottom four and others are striving to get in the play-offs. They are on a good run as well."
