Walsall confirm Anton Peterlin deal

Walsall today confirmed the signing of midfielder Anton Peterlin on a one-year contract.
The 24-year-old midfielder becomes manager Dean Smith’s eighth new recruit in a summer of transformation at the Banks’s Stadium.
The San Fransisco-born 24-year-old begins a third attempt to establish himself in English football after previous spells with Everton and then Plymouth.
He said: “I’m really excited by this move. I’ve settled in well with the lads already and going on tour to Scotland recently has helped me.
“They’re a good bunch and I’m just happy to sign for the club. I’m hoping we do well and get off to a good start to the season.”
