Fortress Wolves as they beat title favourites
Wolverhampton outclassed title favourites Poole with a 55-38 win to maintain their perfect home record last night.

Another fine all-around team display saw the Parrys International Wolves comfortably see off the reigning Elite League Champions.
It continued their hugely encouraging start to the season, writes Rich Jones.
They got off to a perfect start as Freddie Lindgren sliced underneath Chris Holder on the opening lap of heat one.
He joined Jacob Thorssell at the front, before reserve duo Lewis Blackbird and Josh Bates repeated the trick in the very next race.
Having instantly seized control of the meeting, Ricky Wells and Tobiasz Musielak saw off Davey Watt in heat six for a third Wolves maximum as they dominated the early proceedings.
Poole did hit back to halve the deficit, through a successful Chris Holder tactical ride in heat eight.
However, Wolves responded in quite breathtaking style with four 5-1s in the next five outings to ensure they claimed a resounding win.
Thorssell brilliantly stormed past Kyle Newman to hit the front alongside the fast-starting Blackbird as the hosts replied in perfect fashion.
Youngster Thorssell is reaping the benefits of a move back to second string after a tough start to the season.
He capped off a wonderful evening as he again raced clear with Lindgren to put them 11 clear heading into the interval.
After a nasty first bend tangle ruled Poole reserve Kyle Newman out of the rerun of heat 12, Wolves pair Blackbird and Bates struck their second maximum as the hosts wrapped up a comfortable win.
All seven members of Peter Adams' side played their part.
Four riders ended with paid double figures as they put in a powerful display, accounting for ten race winners and accounting for just six last places.
Experienced duo Lindgren and Karlsson continued their strong form to once again lead by example in the heatleader positions.
Their compatriot Thorssell enjoyed a confidence-boosting evening as he returned to his best form, with his only defeat coming as he blew an engine on the start line ahead of heat five.
Fellow second string Ricky Wells also continued his excellent start to the season, storming to composed victories in his opening two rides to help Wolves get off to a great start.
They will be back in action aiming to encourage their strong run of form and complete a memorable double over Poole, as they travel to Wimborne Road for the return fixture on Wednesday.
