Walsall have re-signed winger Julian Gray on a short-term deal until January.
The 33-year-old is back for a second spell at the Banks’s Stadium after training with Dean Smith’s side for the last few weeks.
The former Crystal Palace and Birmingham wideman previously spent 16 months with Walsall, leaving in the summer of 2011.
He made 64 appearances and scored 14 goals and has since spent time in the Cypriot League with Nea Salamina Famagusta.
Saddlers manager Dean Smith said: “Julian is a player who has done well for me in the past.
“We’ve had him training with us for the past month or so where we’ve been able to assess his fitness.
“He’s got a great attitude and plenty of experience and quality, which will only enhance our squad.”
Gray is available to play for Walsall against League One leaders Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road tomorrow.
