Walsall legend Jimmy Walker is back in football and ready to play a role in the scrap for survival at the foot of the Championship.
The Saddlers club-record appearance holder who quit last month, has taken the job of goalkeeping coach at Peterborough.
The popular 39-year-old announced the news on Twitter today with the message: “Great to be back in the game as GK coach at PUFC - off to training then up to Leeds for a massive game tonight!!”
Walker made 534 of his career 570 appearances as goalkeeper for Walsall.
