The 23-year-old moves to Keys Park on a one-year deal having turned down fresh terms with Worcester in National League North.

Dunkley has links with the club through his brother Cheyenne, who previously had a spell with the Pitmen, and boss Liam McDonald is looking forward to seeing him in action.

"Tristian is someone that I'm excited about, especially to get him to step down a level," he said.

"He has tremendous pace and is lightning quick – with him being a very good athlete.

"He has some links with the club and wants to follow in his brothers footsteps and I feel that he has a great opportunity to show that here.

"Along with Gurjit (Singh) and a couple of other strikers who are going to be announced, it gives us real good options up front."

Dunkley, who can play across the front line, admitted he had spoke to his brother about Hednesford's offer before signing.

"I spoke to my brother quite a bit about this offer and he told me that Hednesford are a good club and also a family one with people being very welcoming," he said.

"I feel really happy to be at the club and I'm very much ready to get going now.

"Fans can expect edge of your seat football from me and someone who is ready to work hard and play well for the team.

"When it comes to positions I can play all across the front line either on the left or right and just like to attack defences."
