Wolves have unveiled their new kits for next season – with a return to the club's classic old gold colour.

Nuno Espirito Santo's team will don the retro colour in the Premier League as Wolves play in the top flight for the first time in six years.

And in another nod to tradition the away kit will be Wolves' conventional away colour of white.

Global sports giants Adidas have produced the kits, which are sponsored by betting firm W88.

Silverbug are sponsoring the junior kits. However infant kits (ages six and under) won't be available to buy until September due to a manufacturing issue.

The adult kits will be on sale next month, with the home kit on July 6 and away kit on July 12.

Adult shirts have gone up in price from £45 to £49 and Premier League sleeve patches, letters and numbers can be added to them.

Images of the kits, albeit with the wrong sponsor, were leaked online earlier this month.

The old gold colour marks a departure from the deeper gold shade of recent decades.

Wolves said of the infant kit delay: "Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing issue - which has affected a number of adidas clubs - infant kit won’t be available until September.

"We fully understand the frustration that this will cause, and assure supporters that every avenue was explored to deliver infant kit on-time. Adidas have offered supporters their apologies for any inconvenience caused.

"This issue specifically affects kits that fit children aged six and under."
