So another Premier League manager falls on his sword courtesy of the Albion. I have to say though, I thought Leicester looked poor and almost as toothless as we did.

For the third time this season we conceded in the last 15 minutes of the game to throw away another two points. We would be sitting pretty in 4th spot if we had held on against Stoke, Watford and Leicester.

On a positive note, Chadli's goal showed the quality he is capable of bring to the side. I was also particularly impressed with Dawson and Gibbs.

However, surely Pulis can see that neither Chadli nor Rodriguez are effective out wide. It baffles me when we have two natural wingers in Phillips and McClean, why he persists in playing this formation.

I also felt that he asked too much of Barry, who looked like his legs had completely gone in the last fifteen minutes when he gave away the ball a number of times.

Defensively I think Pulis has a decision to make between a safe pair of (slow) feet in McAuley; and Hegazi, who has shown himself to be a better distributor of the ball, but has also made some costly errors. And can we all say a quiet prayer that Foster isn't too badly injured.

What began so positively with two wins out of our opening three games has quickly turned into somewhat of an average start by Albion.

Victories over Bournemouth and Burnley allowed us to start believing that we could improve on last seasons tenth placed finish.

It is of course, still a possibility, but without a win since August, alarm bells are starting to ring.

Our draw with Leicester on Monday night was the second time in successive games we’ve dropped points from winning positions which is really unlike a Tony Pulis team.

The one thing you can usually always guarantee is being hard to beat and strong defensively.

There is still no need for panic in my opinion but looking at our run of games coming up its clear that our away form could prove vital.

Extremely tough games against Manchester City and Chelsea at home currently seem rather daunting but with away games at Southampton and struggling Huddersfield on the horizon it could be away from the Hawthorns that we target picking up the wins we really need to kick-start our season once more.

Another week, another drab performance. On paper it’s a decent point but there’s no denying it was another poor attacking display.

When I saw the starting XI I got a little excited. Could this be the game where Pulis throws caution to the wind and actually lets our attacking players go and…well, attack? No.

A 4-5-1 saw Chadli and Rodriguez out wide with the latter looking completely out of place in that position again.

We created nothing and were fortunate that our goal game from a moment of brilliance from Chadli.

What made it more frustrating is that Leicester were there for the taking. They looked short of confidence and if we had been more adventurous going forward we could of easily came away with all three points.

Pulis came out afterwards and suggested our stale performance was down to the fact we are still evolving.

Yes we brought in new faces over the summer, however, we are eight games into the season now with little sign of any improvement.

We have a seriously tricky run of fixtures from now until the New Year and I’ve no doubt, if we continue to play like we have so far this season, well find ourselves in and around those relegation places come the turn of the year.
