Take a look at a collection of pictures from Walsall's first day of their intense pre-season camp in the Lake District.
During the camp Saddlers players are being tested with team bonding and physically exhausting exercises.
New signings including Luke Leahy, Jon Guthrie and Nicky Devlin all partook in the camp.
The side have been in Cumbria since the end of the weekend as Jon Whitney looks to get them in peak condition heading into the upcoming campaign.
Walsall will spend the majority of tomorrow at the camp once more, before heading back home in preparation for their pre-season matches.
Their first open game is against Solihull Moors, due to take place on Saturday.
