Cameron Jerome seals Stoke switch
Wednesday 31st August 2011, 10:33PM BST.
Birmingham striker Cameron Jerome has completed his move to Stoke for an undisclosed fee.
Jerome has signed a four-year contract at the Britannia Stadium, where he has scored six times in four visits on the opposing side.
Stoke have been tracking him all summer and Potters boss Tony Pulis is delighted to have got his man.
He said: “Cameron is a player of outstanding potential and I am sure his explosive pace will make him a big favourite with our supporters.
“I know that our defenders have always found him to be a real handful whenever he has played against us.
“We have been looking to increase our attacking options in this window and he will certainly provide strong competition for places in that department.”
