Video: Villa sell-out last 800 FA Cup final tickets

Aston Villa fans queued in their hundreds this morning as 800 additional FA Cup final tickets went on sale.

They were available just before 9am, to supporters who attended five or more games this season.

Sold on a first-come first-serve basis, tickets sold out shortly after midday.

Villa's initial 25,000 allocation for the May 30 Wembley showpiece against Arsenal sold out last week.

Meanwhile it was announced the BBC is to devote a whole day to the FA Cup final, reviving the tradition of all-day coverage of the big game.

Highlights of the TV build-up to the big game include special editions of Saturday Kitchen and Top of the Pops 2.

There will also be special content on Radio 5 live and the BBC Sport website including BBC Breakfast, FA Cup Rewind: Classic Finals, MOTD Kickabout , Football Focus, Gary Lineker on the Road to FA Cup Glory and even Pointless FA Cup Special ahead of the full live up Final coverage which kicks-off at 5.30pm.
