What a strange two weeks it has been since our last game. I haven’t looked over my neighbour’s fence with as much interest since Pamela Anderson moved in next door and regularly used her trampoline, writes Albion blogger Jarrod Hill.

I AM TOTALY FED UP WITH GREEDY FOOTBALLERS, OK THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE A CAREER THAT LASTS UNTIL 65 BUT THE TRUE COST IS FAR TO HIGH REO-COKER IS A GOOD EXAMPLE, OVER THE FOUR YEARS HE HAS COST £2MILLION IN DEPRECIATION PLUS WAGES DOWNING HAD THE FIRST SIX MONTHS ON THE SICK LIST NEVER TRIED FOR THE NEXT 6MONTHS NOW HE WANTS TO LEAVE, YOUNG WANTS TO GO,FOR MORE MONEY PRESUMABLY,WE MIGHT JUST AS WELL PUT MCDONALD IN CHARGE AND CONCENTRATE ON HOME GROWN PLAYERS AND IF WE GET RELEGATED SO MUCH FOR IT THEN THE GREEDY PLAYERS WILL NOT HAVE THE SOURCE OF INCOME AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BLACKMAIL CLUBS INTO HIGH WAGES, THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO SUFFER ARE US THE FANS. John Charlton – Of course you’re right, but why has it took so long for you to realise this? Football is now run by first, the agents, then the players, then the clubs! Stewart Downing is a prime example. His agent is also the agent for Gerrard and Carragher!
Work the maths! John Henry has gone into Pool with more money than Lerner so the agent has advised his Villa client that a move to Pool would be beneficial. Downing has mentioned the same words as Barry, Champions League. Pool are light years away from it at the moment. So if Downing goes to Pool, it’s for money, nothing else!
