A psychological boost for Villa boss

Villa manager Gerard Houllier has admitted his side will take a huge psychological boost from the win at Wigan which helped them climb to 13th in the Premier League.
A goal from Gabby Agbonlahor and an Ashley Young penalty secured back-to-back league wins for Villa - the first time they have achieved the feat this season.
But, while he expects his players to gain confidence from the result, Houllier will also endeavour to keep their feet on the ground.
He said: "We can't get carried away with what we've done, that's what I've told the boys.
"On the back of the win against Manchester City we won this game which was a very important game psychologically for us, for many reasons.
"But we've got to stay humble, focused and keep working. Don't take anything for granted in this league - any team can beat any team.
"All I know is that we are physically fitter, stronger, and mentally stronger as well as the togetherness of the side which can be felt."
Houllier also hailed the performance of debutant Nathan Baker, who slotted in at left-back in the absence of the injured Ciaran Clark.
The manager was so impressed with the youngster that revealed he does not deem it necessary to sign a left-back during the transfer window.
He added: "I told him 'you're improving and your turn will come' and when Ciaran had this hamstring problem, there were several options.
"And there was one direct option which was you put the young boy in. He did well because he had to face probably the best player on their side. He did it with composure.
"He didn't make many mistakes or stupid fouls. He's a strong lad and I can tell you he's improving practically every day.
"I won't recruit a left-back. Ciaran helps, when he can do it he does it, when he can't do it now we've also got Nathan and other options as well.
