We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

Wolves

Wolves are looking to bolster their attacking ranks by bringing Everton's Arouna Kone to Molineux.

A report claimed that Wolves would face competition from QPR as Everton look for interested clubs to pay a loan fee and a chunk of Kone's wages.

Kone, 33, is way down the Goodison Park pecking order behind the likes of first-choice attacker Romelu Lukaku, West Ham loanee Enner Valencia and £11million signing Ademola Lookman.

West Brom

The January deadline is less than two weeks away, but the future of Leicester forward Leonardo Ulloa remains far from certain.

After playing a key role in winning the Premier League last season, Ulloa has since seen the Foxes bring in Islam Slimani and Ahmed Musa.

West Brom and Swansea are the frontrunners at 4/1 with the bookmakers to sign the striker, although the two clubs are in very differing situations right now.

With the Baggies eighth in the table, one would expect Albion to edge that battle, especially given Ulloa wouldn't necessarily need to relocate.

Aston Villa

Wolfsburg midfielder Anton Donkor has told the German media Aston Villa are interested in signing him. In the past few days it's been claimed the youngster could be heading to Aston Villa on loan.

The 19-year-old confirmed his agent has been in talks with Aston Villa with regards to a move. Donkor also believes the move would benefit his progress as a player.

Walsall

All quiet at the Banks's.
