Wolves

Championship outfits Leeds United and Wolves are joint favourites to sign Bristol Rovers forward Matty Taylor.

Both clubs are joint 4/1 favourites to sign the forward in the 'Matty Taylor To Sign For Before 3rd February 2017' market, with Sheffield Wednesday at 8/1 and Reading, Bristol City and Preston all priced at 12/1.

The 25-year-old has enjoyed a great first-half of the Sky Bet League One season, scoring 15 goals in 24 league appearances. Taylor also has two goals in two FA Cup appearances alongside another goal to add to the tally in the EFL Trophy.

West Brom

Southampton and West Brom have been given a transfer boost after striker Manolo Gabbiadini decided to quit Napoli this month.

Both Premier League clubs are part of a group of sides keen on tempting the Italian away from Napoli in the current transfer window, but Gabbiadini had been considering whether or not to stay at the Serie A outfit.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa striker Jordan Ayew could be tempted into a big-money move to China, with rich-mega club Shanghai SIPG keen to break bank to bring the Ghanaian.

The ambitious Chinese outfit have registered their interest in the striker, who has struggled this season,

Walsall

Walsall have beaten off competition from a host of clubs to snap up Celtic defender Eoghan O'Connell on loan – with boss Jon Whitney also confident Scott Laird will return to the club.

O'Connell, who featured for the Bhoys in the Champions League earlier this season, will train with the Saddlers today after agreeing a deal which keeps him at the Banks's Stadium for the remainder of the campaign.
