A sensational return from World Champion Woffinden helped Wolves get their top four bid back on track with a 51-41 win over Lakeside at Monmore Green on Monday.

They will now aim to add more points to their tally against a Stars side who have slipped to four straight defeats.

Woffinden is excited for his first away meeting back in Elite League racing – and he is confident Wolves can come away with a positive result.

Woffinden said: "We've got a strong side who all want to win, so I don't see any reason why we can't go to King's Lynn and get a result. We can't get ahead of ourselves and we have to focus on just making the play-offs before we start thinking about anything else.

"We had a good win over Lakeside, and if we can get another win at King's Lynn then it will put us in a strong position."

Peter Adams' side will head to Norfolk without Jacob Thorssell (Swedish League) and Kyle Howarth (Premier League) due to other commitments.

They will operate rider replacement to cover for Thorssell, whilst experienced racer Stuart Robson steps in for Howarth at reserve.
