WOLVES
One winger Wolves could look at as they head into the start of their Championship campaign is free agent Junior Hoilett.
The 26-year-old is looking for a club after his release from league rivals Queens Park Rangers and has bags of experience.
Hoilett was thought to be interesting Premier League Swansea City but that move hasn't materialised, leaving him in limbo.
WEST BROM
West Brom no longer appear to be interested in a move for Borja Baston, despite being linked to the Atletico Madrid striker again.
Spanish sources have linked Baston, 23, with a switch to the Hawthorns for a second time after first making claims in early July.
It's believed that the Baggies will be content with the capture of West Ham forward Diafra Sakho, though, for the immediate future.
ASTON VILLA
Aston Villa will apparently be the subject of a concrete offer from West Ham, who are looking to entice Jordan Ayew away from the club.
The Hammers want to take the Ghana forward and pair him up front with his older brother Andre, the latter a £20m target from Swansea.
Jordan, 24, might be allowed to join if Villa recoup the fee paid to French outfit Lorient last summer, with German outfit Hamburg also keen.
WALSALL
All quiet at the Banks's Stadium today.
