In a detailed 61-word statement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, prospective owners Trillion Trophy Asia outlined how they proposed to complete their purchase of parent company, Birmingham International Holdings, ending once and for all Carson Yeung's control of the club.

An Emergency General Meeting has been scheduled for July 22, with a restructure of BIHL planned for September 12. Trading of shares would then re-commence in October.

The statement also indicated manager Gary Rowett will be given £10million to spend on players. Blues director Panos Pavlakis called the statement a "significant step".
