The Express & Star today launches our big end-of-season survey for supporters of Wolves, Albion, Villa and Walsall.

Be it star players, summer spending or the future of your manager, we want to hear from you.

We've set 20 key questions for each of our four big West Midlands clubs and want as many of you as possible to have your say.

Aston Villa

Walsall

West Brom

Wolves

At Wolves it's been a season of frustration for Kenny Jackett and his team.

Key players Benik Afobe and Richard Stearman departed, while Nouha Dicko missed almost the entire campaign through injury.

There were moments of promise from a young squad but they were too few and far between – and with Steve Morgan putting the club up for sale, Wolves' future is uncertain.

Albion comfortably avoided relegation from the Premier League with plenty of games to spare.

Tony Pulis's playing style attracted dissenting voices, but the Baggies are now looking forward to their seventh consecutive season in the top flight, their longest stay since the early 1980s.

But will Saido Berahino still be at The Hawthorns? And should Pulis stay in charge?

Should Pulis stay in charge?

Walsall's season isn't over yet but it's been a year of success – under three managers.

Dean Smith, Sean O'Driscoll and Jon Whitney all sat in the Saddlers' hot seat, with the latter steadying the ship and only just missing out on a top-two finish.

Who's been your star Saddlers performer? And, with or without play-off success, is Whitney the man to take the club forward?

It's been a great season for Walsall....
But a nightmare one for Villa

Villa have endured their worst season in living memory and will play second-tier football next year for the first time since 1988.

No-one has been spared the anger of an utterly disillusioned fanbase who are desperate to see a coherent plan in place for their beloved club. So where on earth do Villa go from here? Have your say in our survey.

A cut-out questionnaire will be published in tomorrow's Express & Star, or you can fill in the survey online from 9am tomorrow.

Full club-by-club results will be published the week commencing May 23.
