A dramatic last round of matches saw Brandhall triumph in a deciding frame clash with Sedgley Ex-Service.

Tour professional Mitchell Mann rolled in a 66 break on his way to victory with Geoff Williams and Gary Miller, in the last frame, helping secure victory and the title.

Sedgley had forced a decider through Simon Hickman and Rob Jones.

Hotshots SC finished second despite beating relegated Sedgley WMC B 5-0.

Callum Downing and Luke Higginbotham were both in fine form with respective breaks of 87 and 79.

Neil Beckley (35), Milan Krstanovic (46) and Jamie Brown also won.

Pennfields A pulled off another great escape at the expense of their opponents for the night, Golden Cue A.

After the first four frames were shared, Colin Reade won the decider for Pennfields on the final black ball to secure top-flight snooker next season and send Golden Cue down.

Also relegated are Golden Cue B and Sedgley WMC B.

Forty Four Club and Bilston BC A have followed champions Cannock Cons A out of Division Two.

Bilston BC A clinched their immediate return to the top flight after a 3-2 home win against Pennfields B secured third place.

Kevin Lockley, Rhys Lampitt and the decider from Martyn Roberts completed a fine comeback after Pennfields had gone 2-0 up through Steve Weir and Nige Littlewood.

Forty Four Club A beat Fordhouses CC A 3-2 to finish runners-up and seal a second consecutive promotion.

John Evans, Ian Jeavons and Steve Bircher saw Forty Four Club across the line as Fordhouses slipped down a level along with Wolverhampton Electric & Bilston Sports A.

With Sedgley WMC C already crowned champions and Golden Cue D safe in second, there was only one spot left for promotion from Division Three.

And it was Bilston BC B who clinched the final place with a 4-1 thrashing of Sedgley WMC.

Richard Parker, Amo Sandhu, Gavin Richards and Dave Smith fired Bilston to victory.

With the promotion picture already decided in Division Four, all eyes were on the battle to stay up.

Shepwell Green B managed to stay out of the bottom three despite going down lost 3-2 at home Sedgley Ex-Service.

Wins for Stuart Whitehouse and Gary Cheadle helped keep the hosts up.

That meant Landywood SC C, Sedgley WMC & Wolverhampton Electric C will be playing their snooker in Division Five next season.
