Goals from Andrew Turvey, Dave Maher and Martin John saw Belgrade run out convincing winners.

They relied, however, on a moment of fortune to seize the initiative and the lead early on when Charlie Cook's free-kick was deflected by a defender into his own net.

Wrottesley hit the post as they looked to level and were guilty of squandering a couple of decent chances before Turvey provided Belgrade with breathing space on the stroke of half-time.

Maher and John then sealed the victory in a more one-sided second half.

In the Premier Division, Ben Wilkins scored four as Springvale Steelers leapt into second place with a 5-1 win over Azaad Sports.

Tom Adams was also on the mark for the Steelers, who also cut the gap on leaders AFC Woodcross to five points thanks to the latter being held to a 2-2 draw at Emerald Athletic.

Steve Weaver and Tom Piggott both scored for Woodcross but Emerald hit back through Steven Showell and Tom Ray on a day which could prove key in the title race.

Dan Westwood netted a hat-trick as Wolverhampton Casuals continued to lead the way in Division One after a 6-1 win at Huf.

Jac Corns and Angelo Franco were also on the mark, with Maldini Costa netting Huf's consolation.

The Casuals hold a five-point lead over three teams sitting second but their main challengers remain fifth-placed AFC Bentley, who are just a point further back, have three games in hand and have won all 10 of their games so far.

Two stunning goals from Jermaine McFarland helped them make it 10 wins out of 10 with a 4-1 triumph against Rocket

Pool.

McFarland's brace sealed victory after a tight first half which had seen Pool's Ian Boswell cancel out Shaun Brookes' opener before Bekir Halil put Bentley back in front.

Elsewhere, Wednesfield Red Lion secured just their third win of the season with a 3-2 victory at Punjab United Sports.

In Division Two, leaders TK Wanderers show no signs of letting up the pace after a thumping 8-2 win over Wednesfield 86. Wanderers have now scored 89 goals this season.

Grapes remain in second place after two goals for Ryan Piggott saw them claim a 3-1 win at Bradmore Social.

Frying Pan Darlaston are back in third after a 7-0 win over bottom club Corpus Christi. Lee Rogers netted a hat-trick, while Dion Davies and Jake Robinson both bagged braces in the victory.

Two goals from Tyrone Clarke, meanwhile, saw Chestnut Tree battle back from a goal down to beat Wolverhampton Sports. Kieron Russell had put the visitors ahead but Clarke was on target in the second half to turn things around.

All Saints Athletic are fourth after a 3-1 win over Lower Farm.

SWL Spartak opened up a three-point lead at the top of Division Three after a 7-2 win away at FC United Kingdom.

Chris Campbell and Jon Hickman both bagged braces, while Michael Croghan, Jack Kelly and Kev Doughty were also on the mark.

Spartak now sit three points ahead of Brewood Old Boys, who didn't play at the weekend and have two games in hand.

Behind them, Bradley White Hart moved up to fourth with an impressive 8-0 triumph at bottom club Codsall Athletic.

Elizabeth Arms and AFC Merry Boys occupy the two spots immediately above Codsall and played out an entertaining 2-2 draw.

Wrottesley recovered from their cup disappointment to claim a 3-0 win over Castlecroft Firs and maintain their seven-point lead over Balls to Cancer at the top of Division Four.

Balls to Cancer remain well positioned however, seven points back but with three games in hand, after a 3-2 win at Moseley Park.

Elsewhere, Jay Proudman bagged a hat-trick, including two 25-yard thunderbolts, as Claregate Revolution claimed a 3-1 win over Emerald Athletic Old Boys, while UTC earned a 1-0 victory in their mid-table clash with Aldersley Athletic.

Division Five leaders Sedgley Phoenix plundered eight past True Briton, who netted three of their own in reply. Joseph Johns and James Farmer both scored hat-tricks for the Phoenix, with Josh Darby netting a brace.

Warstone Wanderers remain within two points of the leaders, and have a game in hand, after a 4-0 win at Old Engine. Connor Forrester, Kwame Amoatin, Alex Taylor and Josh Humphreys were the scorers.

Royal FC remain four points clear at the top of Division Six after a 4-1 win at Phoenix Tag.
