Kidderminster Harriers made one deadline day move with the signing of striker Harry White from Barnsley.

The 21-year-old signed an initial one-month loan deal at Aggborough, becoming the second forward to join the National League Premier's bottom side in the past week following the capture of Evan Garnett from Belper Town.

Harriers have netted just 24 goals in 28 games this season and have failed to score any in their past three games, with chief executive Colin Gordon having identified the forward line as the key area which requires strengthening.

White joined the Tykes last summer after impressing for Gloucester City in National League North. His two senior appearances for Barnsley came in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy earlier this season.

Harriers last week failed with an attempt to bring Jamille Matt back to Aggborough from Fleetwood.
