We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

WOLVES

Brentford are lining up a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers' Ethan Ebanks-Landell as a replacement for Burnley-bound James Tarkowski.

The Bees are in the market for defensive reinforcements after finally agreeing to let Tarkowski leave for Championship rivals Burnley.

Wolves have reportedly plotted a late move for Middlesbrough striker Kike.

Wolves recently lost the services of leading goalscorer Benik Afobe to Bournemouth and despite having bolstered his attacking ranks by signing Joe Mason from Cardiff City, head coach Kenny Jackett is said to be on the hunt for another centre-forward.

Rajiv van La Parra is set to join Huddersfield Town with rumours that supremo Dean Hoyle is meeting personally with the player to discuss terms.

WEST BROM

Swansea City have reportedly seen a loan move for James Chester turned down by West Brom.

The Wales defender only moved to The Hawthorns last summer but has struggled for game-time this season.

Victor Anichebe wants to fight for his place under Tony Pulis having reportedly turned down a loan move to Derby County.

The 27-year-old, who is yet to score in his seven matches this season, is understood to have flatly refused the Championship side's advances.

West Bromwich Albion are prepared to frustrate Saido Berahino's suitors, with the Midlands club confident of once more holding on to their prize asset.

Newcastle are understood to have submitted a £24million bid for the striker on the eve of transfer deadline day. And Stoke City were also reported to be interested in the player.

ASTON VILLA

Ravel Morrison is potentially on the move from Lazio.

The former Manchester United prodigy and West Ham player is on the market and being considered by Bournemouth, Aston Villa, Swansea, Torino and Sampdoria.

Sunderland have had a bid rejected for Aston Villa defender Micah Richards - but remain keen on a deal.

Richards, 27, only signed for Villa in the summer, having left Premier League rivals Manchester City on a free transfer after a loan spell in Italy with Fiorentina.

Mathieu Debuchy's proposed loan move to Aston Villa has hit a snag after the Midlands club made a U-turn on the loan fee.

The Arsenal right-back has indicated he is ready to choose Villa over rival suitors Sunderland and Bayer Leverkusen in the final hours of the January window.

WALSALL

Walsall are edging closer to keeping their three crown jewels – as the Saddlers reportedly knocked back a Bristol City enquiry for Tom Bradshaw.
