WOLVES

Struggling Bristol City have registered an interest in bringing Wolves left-back Scott Golbourne to the club.

The 27-year-old could be moving to Ashton Gate in the near future as the managerless Robins seek to strengthen the squad for their relegation battle.

Huddersfield are believed to have made a bid for winger Rajiv van La Parra.

Town are among a number of clubs interested in signing the Wolves forward.

WEST BROM

West Brom have joined Bournemouth and Newcastle United in expressing an interest in signing QPR winger Matt Phillips.

Bournemouth's path to signing the 24-year-old looks to be the most clear as both Newcastle and West Brom have some stumbling blocks with wages.

ASTON VILLA

Mathieu Debuchy is very close to becoming an Aston Villa player. The Frenchman wasn't included by Arsenal for the match against Chelsea on Sunday as he awaits his departure.

WALSALL

Walsall head coach Sean O'Driscoll has today admitted that there is nothing imminent with contracts that have been offered and also conceded he has to face the possibility of losing some of his key players in the summer if the club fail to achieve promotion.

Romaine Sawyers, Paul Downing, James O'Connor, Milan Lalkovic and Sam Mantom are just five players whose deals are expiring at the end of the season.
