Cheslyn Hay U-17s win after extra-time

In the Eric Saunders League Cup, it needed extra-time for Cheslyn Hay to progress at the expense of Berkswich Athletic.

Strikes from Jack Ball, Edward Pomeroy, Craig Wooton and Jarrod Hazel saw Hay to a 4-2 win. Will Trotman and Josh Springett netted for the home side.

The league action saw Old Hall Eagles beat Lane Head Rangers 2-1 in the Premier Division. Nathan Griffiths and Jack Bradley netted for Eagles, Braidyn Rhodes replying for Lane Head.

Bustleholme returned from Wednesfield with all three points after a convincing 7-3 victory. Hot-shot Tomasz Fortuna netted five of the seven, the other two coming from Kartell O'Neal-Martin.

Connor Styles, Ryan Brookes and Joe Bartleton found the net for Wednesfield. Rostance Edwards returned from Brewood Juniors with three points after a 4-0 victory.

Liam Rounds (two), Louis Owen and Brandon Marriott found the net. Ellis Jackson scored five as Pelsall beat Grear Barr Rangers 7-5 in Division One.

George Cook and Niall Fergusson added Pelsall's other goals while Ryan Dolphin (two), Morgan Reed (two) and Michael Nevett scored for Rangers.

Springvale Steelers enjoyed a 7-2 home win over Bloxwich Rangers, with Jacob Cresswell and Jacob Howell both scoring twice.

David McHale, Daniel Perry and Ryan Duffy completed the Springvale tally.

Trysull Tigers U21s eliminated AFC Woodcross U18s with a tidy 5-1 home win in the Super Cup. Lewis Robinson and Daniel Smith netted a brace each, with Will Spruce completing the Trysull scoring.

Wyrley Wolves U18s went down 6-2 at home to FC Premier U21s. Penkridge U21s edged a 2-1 win over Azaad Sports U21s courtesy of goals from Tom Wellings and Matt Smith. Aaron Bawa replied for Azaad.

In the U18s Division, Sharp-shooters Jack Burgwin and Jack Tonks scored hat-tricks to lead Coven United to a 7-3 win at home to Park Hill Boys.

Joe Haynes added United's other goal while Connor Livesey (two) and Arjun Kalia replied.
