Birmingham v Cradley - OFF

Birmigham have postponed Wednesday's eagerly awaited Gold Cup clash with ground share rivals Cradley at Perry Barr.

They have taken the early decision after torrential rain throughout the Birmingham area with more forecast over the next 36-hours.

Both clubs have quickly agreed a new date of Wednesday September 30 which now becomes the second leg as Cradley host the first leg next Wednesday, September 23.

Birmingham boss Graham Drury said: "This is the best decision in everyone's interests and we will now have our league trophy presentation on September 30. I would like to thank all parties for their co-operation."

Heathens Director Nigel Pearson said: "We readily agreed to switch the fixture, it's a sensible decision by Birmingham and minimises any inconvenience."
