Stourbridge lose out to Ilkeston in thriller

Stourbridge suffered a thrilling 4-3 loss at Ilkeston in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier.

The Glassboys trailed to first-half goals from Charlie Coulson and Jonathan Edwards before striking twice within three minutes in the second half. First Kayleden Brown smashed a 48th-minute volley in off the bar and then Dan Scarr headed in a Drew Canavan corner.

Liam Marshall put the home side ahead again before a cool goal by former Albion striker Lee Hughes. Karl Hawley got one back, but it was not enough.

Stour's Thomas Tonks and Marcus Harness of the home side were sent off at the end of the game.
