We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

WOLVES

Wolves could go back in for Northampton Town youngster Ivan Toney, as interest hots up in the highly-rated forward from the Championship.

The 19-year-old nearly came to Molineux in a £500,000 move last November, but the deal broke down after a medical. Even so, they haven't completely closed the door.

Toney is almost certain to leave the Sixfields Stadium this summer, with Norwich City and Bolton Wanderers also interested in the teenager.

WEST BROM

West Brom attacker Stephane Sessegnon is hoping his agent will get him a move overseas for next season, with a year left on his Hawthorns contract.

The 30-year-old is in boss Tony Pulis' bad books, after hailing home a taxi from Newcastle when he left out of the Albion squad at St James' Park.

Sessegnon has only delivered in fits and bursts with the Baggies and is a high-earner, so the club would be open to offers for the Benin international.

ASTON VILLA

Aston Villa have earmarked young James Maddison as 'one for the future' and could be prepared to make League One side Coventry City an offer.

The 18-year-old, who was born in Coventry, already has two goals under his belt in 18 appearances since breaking through for the Sky Blues.

West Brom have also been linked to the attacking midfielder, who would be keen to stay in the Midlands if he's to make his first move so early in his career.

WALSALL

All quiet at the Banks's Stadium today.
